Greenwood Flip
This project was an interesting project. We almost didn’t purchase because it was in such bad shape and we didn’t want to undergo such a massive project for our first flip project. This was a whirlwind of a project with so many things that we did not anticipate. We went through many contractors, overpaid for simple work, and tons of delays. Once it was completed we were excited to have completed our first project and shocked by how great it looked in spite of all the challenges.
Ralston Flip
This was a fun and mainly cosmetic flip. We purchased this property using a wholesaler for the first time. It was with this project that we learned in order to find great flip projects, we needed to have the ability to resource deals off market. The crew that completed this project is the same crew we finished our Greenwood Flip with. This helped make our turnaround time on this project so quick because we had a proven system and team. This project sold at the open house with an all cash offer.
Hudson Dr. Flip
This project was one of our biggest transformations to date. There wasn’t a spot that we didn’t touch on this home. We even added on beautiful deck and sliding glass door on the back of the property to create a massive outdoor living space. We transitioned this home from a 3 Bed 2.5 bath home to a 4 Bed 3 Bath home. This home was sold within 3 days on the market at Full asking price.
Grand Ave. Flip
This project had one of the coolest transformations. We were able to significantly open up the kitchen and living to dining room transition. It has the century home charm with all of the upgrades of a new home. The beautiful new fireplace welcomes you into the home and opens to the formal dining room. Upon entering the BEAUTIFUL brand new kitchen with all stainless steel appliances you'll find the half bath and mudroom space right inside the back door. Upstairs has all brand new carpeting, fresh and neutral paint colors, an extremely large, full remodeled bathroom. The master bedroom is situated on the third floor with tons of space to keep as your master or to use as an additional office or rec room. If that isn't enough, the basement has been completely waterproofed, ALL new windows throughout the entire home, new hot water tank, new furnace, and all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. We certainly enjoyed bringing out the beauty of this home.
Hawkins Duplex
This is the second full gut project we've done. The process and renovation of taking a property to the studs is much more challenging but the final product makes it all worth it. We transformed this fire damaged duplex from a boarded up eye sore to a beautiful centerpiece of the west Akron community.
Each unit is 2 bedroom 1 bath with EVERYTHING new!
Rosco Flip
This was a special project we completed for friends who turned clients of ours. This house has many challenges prior to our renovation. We helped give structural integrity back to the house as well as complete a beautiful cosmetic remodel! This was out first time adding a island that includes electrical and dishwasher. We will certainly be doing more islands in the future!
